Warranty Information
Our furniture carries a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Deterioration or faults which hinder your ability to use your furniture are considered defects.
All wood products react over time to their surrounding environment, causing changes in color and small movement in the wood components due to absorption/release of moisture. Movements such as these can cause minor surface cracks or checks which are normal and do not affect the usability of your furniture.
Occasionally this movement will cause a component to become loose and unstable causing a defect requiring maintenance and or replacement.
Claims made under this warranty will be limited to replacement of the defective component/ components as agreed upon by both parties based on the nature of the defect and the age of the furniture piece.
This warranty applies to defects from normal intended use of the furniture and does not cover loss or damage due to negligence, misuse, theft or the action of an outside agent.
